About Frootables .

We are Winnipeg's only locally owned and independent fresh fruit arrangement florist.  

• A local, independent business is defined as follows:  Private, worker, community or cooperative ownership. Robin (that's me) is the owner of the business. 
  
• At least 50% locally-owned. This means the owners live in the geographic area where the business is located.I grew up in Garden City, and have lived in the neighbourhood all my life.  The  shop is a six minute drive from my home. 
  
• Decision-making authority is vested in the local owners and not subject to conditions dictated remotely.  Frootables is 100% locally owned. I am the only employee in the shop and do everything from purchasing the fresh fruit and supplies, to creating the arrangements and making the arrangements.  I am not a franchisee.
